Who is Naci Bake designed for?+

Do I need to be based in Montreal?+
Montreal is our home base and where we have the deepest market knowledge, but we work with advisors across Quebec and Canada. Virtual sessions are available for clients outside the city.

What is included in Business Advising?+
A structured advisory engagement with weekly accountability, a customized 90-day growth roadmap, offer and pricing review, and implementation tracking. Sessions are one-on-one with Nancy Baki or a senior advisor.
What technology do you set up?+
Depending on your needs: professional website, CRM integration, automated scheduling, email sequences, content distribution tools, and analytics. We recommend only what you'll actually use.
How do I qualify for Diamond Partners?+
Diamond Partners is by application. We look for established advisors with a proven client base, strong ethics, and a genuine desire to collaborate. Book a Virtual Coffee to discuss eligibility.
What is the Premium Report?+
A $97 deep-dive session where we analyze your practice's profit potential, review each growth strategy with specific action steps, and prioritize what to tackle first for maximum impact.
Pricing & Results
How much does Business Advising cost?+
Engagements start at $297 for a Clarity Call and scale based on scope. We offer a free Premium Consultation so you can see our approach before committing to a full program.
How quickly will I see results?+
Most clients see measurable shifts in positioning and lead flow within 60–90 days. Credibility changes happen faster — often within the first month as your digital presence and messaging sharpen.
Do you guarantee specific revenue outcomes?+
We don't guarantee revenue numbers because results depend on your implementation. What we guarantee is a clear roadmap, honest feedback, and systems that work when you work them.
Can I switch between programs?+
Yes. Many clients start with a Clarity Call, move into Business Advising, and later apply for Diamond Partners as their practice scales. We'll recommend the right path during your initial consultation.
Practical Details
Where are sessions held?+
Most sessions are virtual via video call. In-person meetings are available at our Montreal office on Rue Saint-Denis by appointment.
What are your business hours?+
Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern. Saturday sessions are available by appointment. We're closed Sundays.
